Prize Description: All prizes come from One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery stock items.
The Prize Draw promotion is sponsored by, One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery.
1. One winner of One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery will be selected by random, drawn from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
2. Deadline for entries is the 24th December 2011.
3. The Contest is open only to UK residents. Employees, officers and directors of One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. Entries are limited to the following methods. Online through the form at this site.
5. On or about the 1st of the month following the end of the competition , One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery will randomly select one (1) winner from among all entrants. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days, and the potential winner must respond within seven (7) days or One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery will randomly draw a new winner.
6. The Prize has a retail value of the posted value as shown. All prizes come from One of a Kind Handmade Jewellery stock, and a new prize is displayed for the following month No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
7. Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name and town for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve's the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with UK law. Entrant agrees to receive at least one (1) email newsletter to the email address supplied by the entry process after which the entrant may opt-out; after which the Name and address stored in the newsletter database will be deleted.
