Standard UK Delivery is FREE for orders over £15

Standard UK delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and is free for all orders over £15 to anywhere in the UK. 

All other orders are delivered for a low shipping cost of just £2.95

If you are outside the UK shipping is £4.95 (€5.63 Euros, $7.72, subject to the current exchange rate which is updated monthly. Current rate is shown at the checkout)  

The option to send via UK Royal Mail Special Delivery is also available and the cost is shown at the checkout.  UK Orders of £75 or more are sent Royal Mail Special delivery free of charge!  Priority insured international delivery is also available email for details.

Please notify us of any shortages or damage within 24 hours of delivery.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item then just contact us within 14 days to let us know why and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

All purchases must be returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging.

Please note that refunds exclude any shipping charges.

For hygiene reasons I am unable to replace or refund earrings unless faulty.
